The Andean people inhabited this area were deliberate in ther place of windows. While some face either the rising or setting sun, these windows in the 'weather centre' face the mountains. This window faces Waynapicchu Mountain.
This one face Machu Picchu, which translates to 'old mountain' .
And this window face the sun at the equinox.
