Ever mindful of the sun and the impact of weather on their lives, the temple of the sun was made with perfectly fit together finely polished stone.
The rougher stone on the right is from the priest's house.
People are no longer allowed inside this temple, but we were able to visit the Incan sundial
and the shallow pools used to predict weather by reading the reflections of the sun, moon and clouds.
