Designed as the head of the puma,this edge features rocks placed in a jagged formation, representing both the teeth of the puma and in homage to lightening, that it not strike this area.
This is the opposite edge of the puma's jaw. Stones had been removed by the Spaniards and by the townspeople to build structures, including the churches in town.
