Start with a chocolate cake and cut it into three layers.
Place one layer on a plate, sprinkle with KirschWasser and spread a layer of cherry jam.
Add a layer of tart cherries.
Top with just a little whipped cream.
Add the next layer and top with cherry jam and a little more whipped cream.
Cover with whipped cream and coat with fresh chocolate shavings.
Add a swirl of whipped cream to each slice and top with a cherry.
