Cocoa Road
Before chocolate gets to your table it must be transformed.
Along the highways, farmers place the seed from the cocoa pod to dry.
The smell of fermentation during this drying process does not resemble the finished product that we know so well.
Once dried these seeds are processed to become cocoa.
